Choose from:

Sensory Pool

Being in or near water can trigger a profound sense of tranquility, leaving us feeling relaxed and calm. Our Sensory Pool uses colour, sound and light to stimulate your senses while quieting your mind. Powerful jets give you a light massage to ease stiff muscles and lower your stress levels. It’s the perfect place to just switch off and relax.

Caldarium

For over two thousand years, people have been embracing the therapeutic and health benefits of immersing themselves in hot water, enjoying the ritual of cleansing and purification, and emerging feeling invigorated, energised and refreshed.

Our Caldarium is the perfect therapy for stimulating blood flow and circulation, flushing toxins and eliminating excess water. It’s also highly effective in treating pain and stiffness caused by arthritis, as well as easing stiffness from sports training. It can even be used as an aid to weight loss.

Rasul Chamber

This ancient Arabic bathing ritual has become a popular feature of spas around the world. It combines mineral-rich mud with heat and steam to provide a therapeutic and relaxing treatment designed to cleanse, exfoliate and soften your skin while also increasing circulation and eliminating toxins.

A Rasul treatment promotes the elimination of retained liquids, and is highly effective if you’re suffering from joint and muscle conditions, or rheumatism. The pain-quelling effects are felt long after the treatment is over.

Salt Therapy

Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, and also has antihistamine properties. It offers long-lasting and significant symptomatic relief for people suffering from a wide range of respiratory and dermatological conditions.

Salt therapy is a natural and non-invasive therapy that disperses ground up pharmaceutical grade salt into the air, where they are then inhaled deep into the lungs to ease inflammation and congestion, greatly improving breathing. When the salt lands on the skin it can also help to relieve such skin ailments as psoriasis, and eczema, among others.

Kniepp

A form of hydro (water) therapy, Kniepp is a foot treatment that uses a combination of hot and cold showers, rinses, baths and compresses to improve circulation. The alternation of hot and cold widens the arteries, stimulates blood flow and helps strengthens the immune system.

Kniepp therapy is particularly effective in treating conditions such as high and low blood pressure, arthritis, rheumatism, cardiovascular diseases and digestive system problems.

Vichy Showers

Unlike a conventional shower, a Vichy shower is taken while lying down on a wet table, and usually forms part of a body treatment to rinse off a body mask, salt scrub or body wrap.

Our Vichy showers have five showerheads attached to a horizontal bar that is suspended about a metre above your body.  When the shower is turned on, a strong and soothing stream of water cascades over the entire length of your body, massaging and rinsing. It then simply spills onto the tiled floor, where it drains away.
